WHAT WE DO
We arrange an appointment and personally examine the items at the client's location. The appraisal assignment will include the on-site inspection of each item, digital photographs and a detailed description of each object, researching each item with our extensive reference library and subscription based databases and preparing the written formal appraisal report.
FEES
Fees are billed at an hourly rate. The estimates are based on the amount of time that we believe it will take to examine, evaluate and research the property and prepare the appraisal report. Rates are based on the flat fees of the service rendered and never the value of the item being appraised. A fee schedule can be provided upon request.
